One piece

Monkey D. Luffy (モンキー・D・ルフィ Monkī Dī Rufi?), often addressed as "Straw Hat Luffy" (麦わらのルフィ Mugiwara no Rufi?), is a fictional character and the main protagonist of the One Piece franchise created by Eiichiro Oda. He first appears in the manga chapter Romance Dawn (Romance Dawn —冒険の夜明け— Romance Dawn: Bōken no Yoake?) first published in Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine on August 4, 1997. He is introduced as a boy who possesses elasticity powers after eating a devil fruit. Luffy is captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, a group of pirates he assembles himself as he quests to find the "One Piece" and become the King of the Pirates. His primary motivation throughout the series is to reach the goal with all of his comrades, a task he pursues no matter what stands in his way. While he is goofy and reckless, he gets quite serious when anyone is in serious danger, notably his crew, whom he considers his friends.
Luffy has starred in most of the episodes, films, and specials of the anime series One Piece, as well as many of the spin-off video games. Outside of the One Piece franchise, Luffy has had an appearance in the crossover manga Cross Epoch. He has also been the subject of other parodies, and has appeared in various special events and in Japanese pop culture.
Luffy is portrayed as a carefree character with great ambitions and a huge appetite. He often thinks with his stomach and eats to the point of becoming comically fat. He is caring and generally good hearted. However, he is not naïve and understands most situations more than he shows. He was inspired to become a pirate by his friend "Red-Haired" Shanks who entrusted him with his strawhat, which he holds as his most precious object. Knowing the dangers ahead, he is willing to risk his life to reach his goal - of becoming the "Pirate King", and protect his crew.
He invites several people, such as Chopper or Brook, onto his crew generally for their personality but also because of his instinctual ability to be able to read people. His main reason has been stated a few times in the story. He needs several key jobs filled in his crew (i.e.: cook, navigator, doctor, musician, shipwright, and so on). Only one member of the crew invited herself on, Nico Robin. She actually has no place on the ship, having no true abilities that Luffy requires. She is just a historian who Luffy accepted. Luffy stated in the beginning of the series that he wants about ten crew members, each with abilities that he feels necessary for his goal.
He is rarely concerned with the consequences of his actions, doing what he feels even if it leads to retaliation by a powerful force.
However, he is an extremely loyal captain, who has demonstrated at many points throughout the series that he is willing to risk his life for the well-being of his crew.

Luffy's elasticity powers are a result from eating the Gum-Gum Fruit,
which makes him virtually immune to all blunt force attacks except especially strong attacks and attacks filled with Haki. The fruit also gave him the ability to stretch at will. Combined with the elasticity of his body, he uses that ability to accelerate parts or the whole of his body as if shot by a slingshot to deliver punches, kicks, head butts, body checks, or simply for propulsion. However, Luffy is unable to swim and when he is touched with sea-water, it quickly negates his powers. Luffy also possesses superhuman strength.
A notablee technique is Gear Second (ギア2(セカンド) Gia Sekando?, renamed "Gear 2" in Viz Media's manga translation), an attack that increases the user's strength and overall speed for an instant, but drains his endurance; this was developed later in the series, as well as Gear Third (ギア3(サード) Gia Sādo?, renamed "Gear 3" in Viz Media's manga translation). The attack is activated by biting a hole into his thumb and blowing air into his bones.
He is then able to move the air around his bone structure and strike with his enlarged limbs. He is capable of using both techniques simultaneously.
Further into the series, Luffy demonstrates the still innate ability to use Haki (覇気?, lit. "ambition"), which renders people or animals in his proximity unconscious. Additionally, this ability can amplify the force of attacks and negate a devil fruit user's defenses and allow physical contact and damage.
He has a very rare variation of Haki, Conqueror's Haki (覇王色の覇気 Haōshoku Haki?). He first used it on Motobaro without realizing what he did. Eventually, through training with Silvers Rayleigh, Luffy masters his Haki power and uses it with his attacks.

Roronoa Zoro (ロロノア・ ゾロ Roronoa Zoro?) is a pirate, former bounty hunter, and one of the main protagonists of One Piece. He was the first member to join the Straw Hat Pirates, and to date is considered the largest threat and most dangerous member in the crew after Luffy. He is famed as a master swordsman, user of the Santoryu style, and his great strength (and the actions of his captain) sometimes leads others to believe he must be the true captain. Being labeled as one of the "Monster Trio", he's one of the top three fighters in the crew. His dream is to become the greatest swordsman in the world. Zoro was labeled as one of "The Eleven Supernovas", the eleven rookie pirates with bounties over 100,000,000 to have reached the Red Line. After the two year time skip, it is confirmed that his current bounty is 160,000,000.
Zoro is an average sized, muscular young man. He almost always carries around his three swords, bundled up with a green haramaki over his right hip, allowing him to easily draw them with his left hand. His right hand is usually seen resting over them, though he can also use this hand to pull his swords out before sitting down. He has three identical gold earrings on his left earlobe. Zoro normally keeps a black bandanna tied around his left arm. He ties the bandanna around his head when he is fighting seriously against an opponent.
Zoro's shirt varies from time to time, but he consistently wears black trousers tucked inside black boots. Zoro is most commonly seen wearing a plain white shirt with three buttons at the collar, but after this shirt is effectively torn to shreds due to the incident at Thriller Bark, he wears a different shirt with each arc.

His body is covered with scars from his many battles, most notably the one acquired during the Baratie Arc, when he lost a duel with the world's greatest swordsman, Dracule Mihawk. As a result, Zoro was left with a massive scar stretching from his left shoulder to his right hip. In the Little Garden Arc, he tried to free himself from a wax prison by cutting off his feet. Although he did not entirely succeed, he gave himself a scar around each ankle. These scars are marked by black stitches.

Zoro's other remarkable feature is his cropped green hair, which Sanji often teases him about by calling him "marimo" (moss-ball, moss-head in the Viz Manga and FUNimation dub).

After the two year timeskip, Zoro has a new scar running down his left eye, which is now implied to be blind as it is almost always closed. His neck appears much thicker and more muscular and his hair became slightly longer. Zoro now wears a long, open dark-green coat, closed on his waist by a red sash, in which his swords are now tucked, and his black bandana tied around the left sleeve. He has no shirt underneath, and his green haramaki is visible under the coat. He also appears to have gotten taller, as he was several inches taller than Nami when standing near her.

According to Oda, Zoro resembles a shark. Oda uses the color green to represent Zoro, he smells of steel, and the flower that suits him best is the thistle.

Black Leg Style is a martial-arts style that was passed on to Sanji by his mentor Zeff. It is designed to free the use of one's hands and prevent them from being damaged during a battle, something that is disastrous to a chef like Sanji or Zeff. As a result, practitioners tend to drop into certain stances in which their upper-body portions are most relaxed, such as placing their hands inside their pockets or crossing their arms together across their chest, and only puts them into action whenever the event requires them to do certain maneuvers such as handstands, which aren't prohibited.
While Sanji rarely takes it to the level that earned Zeff his nickname "Red Leg", he still displays an intense level of attacking power with each kick and the average fighter simply cannot stand up to him. The only prominent times when (one of) Sanji's feet take on the red-color theme is when he activates his Diable Jambe "mode". Some of his attacks are powerful enough to rearrange his opponent's face.

As a fighting style, the style boasts a wide and impressive array of kicks, coupled with super acrobatic skill making it a very versatile fighting technique, allowing Sanji to effectively weave continuous and powerful attacks upon adversaries and combine the power of his kicks with his other crewmates respective strengths for devastating team combinations. Most of Sanji's attack names are French words referring to various dishes and has only recently employed the use of Japanese words when naming his attacks.

In the Thriller Bark arc, Inuppe, the zombie who has Sanji's shadow also uses this fighting style due to the Kage Kage no Mi abilities.
Collier (首肉(コリエ), Korie, Neck): A kick to the neck which Sanji does it whilst still on the ground. This is called Collier Coup in the Viz Manga and Trachea Turnover in the 4Kids dub, but in the FUNimation dub, it keeps its original name. This was first seen as a named attack in a series of attacks against Kuroobi. Collier is the French for neck meat. This attack forms part of the Collier, Épaule, Côtelette, Sélle, Poitrine, Gigot, Mouton Shot combo.
Collier Shoot (首肉(コリエ)シュート, Korie Shūto, Neck Shoot): Sanji jumps high into the air and lands a powerful kick to the opponent's neck. This is called Collier Coup in the Viz Manga and FUNimation dub, and Trachea Turnover Surprise in the 4Kids dub. This was first seen as a named attack against Momoo. During the Straw Hat's great Enies Lobby escape, Sanji also performed this move to block and deflect the cannonballs fired by the Buster Call warships at the Going Merry.
Épaule(肩肉(エポール), Epōru, Shoulder): A downward kick targeting the opponent's shoulder, meant to knock them off balance or drive them into the ground. "Epaule" is the French term for shoulder meat. This is called Épaule Sprawl in the Viz Manga and Clavicle Schnitzel Kick Off in the 4Kids dub, but in the FUNimation dub, it keeps its original name. This kick was the first to be named in a series of kicks against Kuroobi. This attack forms part of the Collier, Épaule, Côtelette, Sélle, Poitrine, Gigot, Mouton Shot combo.
Épaule Shoot (肩肉(エポール)シュート, Epōru Shūto, literally translated as Shoulder Meat Shoot): Sanji jumps into the air then brings his heel down on the opponent's shoulder. "Épaule" is the French term for shoulder meat. This is called Épaul Sprawl in the Viz Manga, and Epaule Shoot in the FUNimation dub. "Côtelette" is the French term for rib meat. This is called Côtelette Kabosh in the Viz Manga, but it keeps its original name in the FUNimation dub. This kick was also used as a named attack in a series of kicks against Kuroobi. This attack forms part of the Collier, Épaule, Côtelette, Sélle, Poitrine, Gigot, Mouton Shot combo. This attack was edited out of the 4Kids dub.
Sélle (鞍下肉(セル), Seru, Lower Back): Commonly used as a combo attack with Côtelette, using the momentum from the Côtelette attack Sanji (still in a handstand) spins around in the opposite direction to deliver a fast kick to the opponent's lower back or lumbar region. "Selle" is the French term for lower back meat. In the Viz Manga, this is called Sélle de Ouch, but in the FUNimation dub, it keeps its original name. This, too, was first used as a named kick in a series of attacks against Kuroobi. This attack was also edited out of the 4Kids dub.
Poitrine (胸肉(ポワトリーヌ), Powatorīnu, Breast/Chest): A stabbing kick straight into the opponent's chest. "Poitrine" is the French term for breast meat. This is called Poitrine Treader in the Viz Manga and Barbequed Rib Buster in the 4Kids dub, but it keeps its original name in the FUNimation dub. Also used in a series of kick and as a named attack against Kuroobi. This attack forms part of the Collier, Épaule, Côtelette, Sélle, Poitrine, Gigot, Mouton Shot combo.
Poitrine Shoot (胸肉(ポワトリーヌ)ショット, Powatorīnu Shūto, Breast/Chest Shoot): A stronger version of Poitrine, except that this time Sanji aims a little higher and kicks up instead of down. "Poitrine" is the French term for breast meat. In the Viz Manga, this is called Poitrine Treader, but in the FUNimation dub, it keeps its original name. This attack was edited out of the 4Kids dub. Was first seen, as a named move, against Arlong.
Gigot (もも肉(ジゴー, Jigō, Legs): Running at the opponent Sanji delivers a sweeping kick to the knee caps, the opponent is either send flying or slammed to the ground as a result. "Gigot" is the French term for leg meat. This is called Gigot Charlie-le-Horse in the Viz Manga and Shish Kebab Back Smash in the 4Kids dub, but it keeps its original name in the FUNimation dub. Used as the last kick and a named kick against Kuroobi before Sanji finished him. This attack forms part of the Collier, Épaule, Côtelette, Sélle, Poitrine, Gigot, Mouton Shot combo. Also, the hiragana usually associated with the kanji for this attack, ももにく, can literally mean ham, the thigh meat of a pig or a boar.
Mouton Shot (羊肉(ムートン)ショット, Mūton Shoto, Sheep Shot): One of Sanji's strongest single kicks, and a common finishing move. He starts by jumping or flipping into the air and then channels all his might into one leg to deliver a kick to the opponent's mid-section, or sometimes their head, that sends them flying. "Mouton" is French for "mutton", meaning cooked lamb meat. This is called Mouton Mallet in the Viz Manga, Leg o' Wham Drumstick Supreme in the 4Kids dub, and Mouton Shoot in the FUNimation dub. This kick was first used to finish Kuroobi after a long and devastating series of kicks and as a named kick. Sanji uses to perform this move as a finishing blow after using his combo of Collier, Épaule, Côtollete, Sélle, Poitrine and Gigot.
Reception (受付(レセプション), Resepushon): Sanji lifts one of his legs up high and hooks his foot around the opponent's neck, then uses that leg to smash the opponent's face into the ground hard. This attack's not named after anything food-related, but after the "reception" that one gets when entering a restaurant. This attack keeps its original name in the Viz Manga and FUNimation dub, but is called Open-Face Slamwich in the 4Kids dub. Sanji first showed this against one of Wapol's soldiers when they attacked the Going Merry.

Anti-Manner kick Course
Added by Samirdurand
Anti-Manner Kick Course (反行儀(アンチマナー)キックコース), Anchimanā Kikku Kōsu, Behavior Antithesis Kick Course): Thought to be Sanji's strongest single kick attack, he only uses it when he's really, really mad. In the anime, this attack generates a shock wave on impact He gathers all the power he can muster and delivers a massive vertical kick by lifting one of his legs a full 180 degrees in the air, however once he has used this horizontally on Oars' foot in order to unbalance the giant. This attack is usually aimed at the very center of the opponent's torso (front or back) and is almost always enough to defeat any opponent with one shot. For much taller and gigantic targets, Sanji usually jumps to the desired height to execute the move. This attack was able to bypass Big Pan's lubricated skin (where most nothing else has) dealing severe damage to the half-giant, half-fishman. This is called Bad Manners Kick Course in the Viz Manga and FUNimation dub and Frog-Leg Kick in the 4Kids dub. Sanji first displayed this move to rescue his comrades from a Bananawani.

Flanchet (腹肉(フランシェ), Furanshie, Stomach/Belly): A simple kick to the opponent's stomach. First used against Mr. 2. This attack forms part of the Bas Côte, Longé, Tendron, Flanchet, Quasi, Queue, Cuisseau, Jarret, Veau Shot combo. This technique keeps its original name in the FUNimation dub.
Flanchet Shoot (腹肉(フランシェ)ショット, Furanshie Shūto, Belly Shoot): Sanji kicks the opponent with a head on snap kick. "Flanchet" is French for "stomach". This attack forms part of the Bas Côte, Longé, Tendron, Flanchet, Quasi, Queue, Cuisseau, Jarret, Veau Shot combo.
Cuisseau (もも肉(キュイソー), Kyuisō, Thigh): Often used right before or after Jarret, Sanji sends a hard kick to the opponent's thigh. This can be used to attack or block an incoming kick. Concassé (粗砕(コンカッセ), Konkasse, Crush): Another finisher, Sanji leaps high into the air and starts flipping over rapidly to gain speed, then he brings the heel of his foot down on the opponent's head. Sanji can also use this attack by standing on one hand sideways while facing his opponent before spinning around rapidly and delivering a kick to his opponent's side. This variant was powerful enough to stun Blueno when he was using Tekkai. "Concassé" is French for the process of smashing into small fragments things such as peppercorns, grains or nuts. Litterally the verb "concasser" is a synonym of "broyer" (to crush), but for food-related usage. This is called Concasser in the FUNimation dub,Delicious in the edited FUNImation dub,Concasser Crush in the Viz Manga, and Coconut Crush in the 4Kids-dubbed video games. The flipping version was first used to defeat Satori.

This is called Bouquetiere Beater in the Viz Manga and Double-Layer Cake Kick in the 4Kids-dubbed video games.
Slice Shoot (切肉(スライス)ショット), Suraisu Shūto,Sliced Shoot): A disarming attack where Sanji runs forward, jumps into the air and kicks the opponent's hand to do damage and knock a weapon from their hand. In the Viz Manga, this is called Slice Shot. This was first seen being used to knock Aokiji's ice blade from his hand.
Party Table Kick Course (パーティーテーブルキックコース , Pāteī Tēburu Kikku Kōsu): An attack for fighting against large groups, Sanji jumps into the air and lands on the head of one of the opponents in a hand stand. He then spins around rapidly to deliver a savage kick to the face of anyone within range. After he runs out of targets, he dismounts and kicks the person he was spinning on. This attack keeps its name in the Viz Manga, but is called Rolling Dish in the 4Kids-dubbed video games. This was first seen when fighting against Krieg's armada, (though never given a name until it was used against the Franky Family).
Brochette (串焼き(ブロシェット), Buroshietto, Skewer): Sanji jumps over the top of his opponent and aims one leg directly downwards towards the opponent. He then drops downwards while spinning like a drill to spear his opponent with his extended leg. A "Brochette" is a French shish kebab-type skewer that has many uses. "Escalope" is a French cooking term for a thin boneless piece of meat, in this case Sanji's referring to the extremely thin flesh covering the skull. Escalopé could also be a mistranslation/citation of the word scalp, the aforementioned skin. First seen being used against Wanze. This is written as Éscalope in the Viz Manga.
Hōchō Sabaki (包丁作手, Kitchen Knives-Handling Style): Sanji uses kitchen knives to attack the opponent. This is the only time Sanji has made an exception to his rule of never using knives or his hands in a fight but this was a very special case since his foe's armor was made of food (ramen to be exact) and they were fighting in a kitchen. Sanji has demonstrated a great skill with the knives, as if he was a skilled swordsman. He only used one attack with this style.
Epluchage (皮剥作業(エプリュシャージ), Epuryushāji, Peel Skin): Sanji uses a pair of kitchen knives to peel away an opponent's armor. "Epluchage" is a French cooking verb which means "to peel away skin". First seen being used against Wanze's ramen armor.
Oeil (目(ウイユ), Uiyu, Eye): A straight on kick to the opponent's eyes. Note that the Japanese pronunciation is based on the singular French word for "eye", and so is listed. The actual plural for "Oeil" is "Yeux". First seen being used against Wanze in a series of kicks to his face. In the Viz Manga, this is called Kick L'Oeil. This attack forms part of the Oeil, Nez, Joue, Bouche, Dents, Menton, Parage Shot combo.

Joue (頬(ジュー), Jū, Cheek): A straight-on kick to the opponent's cheek. First seen being used against Wanze in a series of kicks to his face. In the Viz Manga, this is called La Joue. This attack forms part of the Oeil, Nez, Joue, Bouche, Dents, Menton, Parage Shot combo.
Joue Shoot (ほほ肉(ジュー)シュート, Jū Shūto, Cheek Shoot): Sanji leans forward and delivers a hard side kick to one of the opponent's cheeks. "Joue" is French for "cheek". This is called Jou Baste in the Viz Manga, but it keeps its original name in the FUNimation dub. First used against Mr. 2.
Bouche (口(ブーシュ), Būshu, Mouth): A straight on kick to the opponent's upper jaw, this attack targets the roof of their mouth, and thus can only be done when the opponent's mouth is open. First seen being used against Wanze in a series of kicks to his face. In the Viz Manga, this is called La Bouche. This attack forms part of the Oeil, Nez, Joue, Bouche, Dents, Menton, Parage Shot combo.
Dents (歯(ダン), Dan, Teeth): A straight on kick to the opponent's teeth, Sanji hits both the upper and lower sets of teeth at the same time, and thus he can only use his attack when the opponent's mouth is closed. First seen being used against Wanze in a series of kicks to his face. In the Viz Manga, this is called Les Dents. This attack forms part of the Oeil, Nez, Joue, Bouche, Dents, Menton, Parage Shot combo.
Menton (あご(マントン), Manton, Chin): A straight on kick to the opponent's lower jaw/chin. First seen being used against Wanze in a series of kicks to his face. In the Viz Manga, this is called Le Menton. This attack forms part of the Oeil, Nez, Joue, Bouche, Dents, Menton, Parage Shot combo.
Parage Shot (整形(パラージュ)ショット, Parāju Shoto, Cosmetic Surgery Shot): Sanji delivers a barrage of kicks to every single section of the opponent's face, these kicks are so powerful that they can alter the bone structure of the unlucky recipient. And for some reason, this also seems to affect their facial and hair structures. "Parage" is a French cooking verb which means "to trim," it can also refer to a special method of peeling a had of lettuce or cabbage carefully to preserve the tender leaves at its core. First seen being used against Wanze in a series of kicks to his face. Curiously, both victims of the attack ended up with "pretty boy" looks; though while Wanze despised it, Duval loves it. Sanji uses to perform this move as a finishing blow after using his combo of Oeil, Nez, Joue, Bouche, Dents and Menton. In the Viz Manga, this is called Plastic Surgery Shot.
Santen Découpage (三点切分(デクパージュ), Santen Dekupāju, Three Point Cut): Sanji throws three powerful near-simultaneous roundhouse kicks with one leg to the opponent's throat, chest and stomach, striking them with the entire length of his leg (the striking order is unclear but according to the anime, the last hit is on the chest). "Découpage" is a French cooking verb which means "to cut up". This was first seen being used to finish off Wanze. In the Viz Manga, this is called Three-Point Decoupage.

Extra Haché (最上級挽き肉 (エクストラ・アッシ ), Ekusutora Asshi, Highest-Rate Mincemeat): A barrage of hard kicks launched at multiple directions, in the same manner as Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Gatling, only that given Sanji's lack of elasticity, this move must be performed at close range. However, due to the monstrous force that Sanji can deliver while administering his kicks, this is considered as the "grandest" of Sanji's Haché series. This was first seen being used against Absalom.
Jenga Hō (ジェンガ砲 , Jenga Cannon): Used as a follow-up to Zoro's "Daibutsu Giri", Sanji kicks the pieces of the building at a giant enemy. This attack's name comes from the game "Jenga", which the attack resembles. This was first seen being used against Oars. The pun here is that "jenga" is actually the imperative form of the Swahili word "kujenga", meaning to build, and Sanji uses this term in relation to demolition, the exact opposite of building.
Diable Jambe is the latest addition to Sanji's original fighting style, where he uses air friction to set his leg on fire, adding extreme heat to the impact of his kicks. In this form, Sanji, due to the high temperature, has more speed, more strength, and the ability to burn his opponents. While like this, he can light his opponent on fire. It is also later revealed that Sanji can utilize this with either his left or right leg. This technique has been shown to have adverse effects, if Sanji uses it for too long or too frequently he could cause serious injury to his body. Diable Jambe is a term used for referring to highly spiced dishes.
Diable Jambe (悪魔風脚(ディアブルジャンブ), Diaburu Janbu, Devil's Leg): In this technique, Sanji spins rapidly, causing his legs to heat up so much that they turn red. This was first seen being utilized against Jyabura to completely shatter his Tekkai. This is called Diable Jamble in the FUNimation dub, but in the Viz Manga, this technique keeps its original name.
Premier Haché (一級挽き肉(プルミエールアッシ), Purumiēru Asshi, First-Rate Mincemeat): Sanji does a running jump and kicks with both legs into an opponent's stomach rapidly various times, but Diable Jambe's heat greatly increases the power. This was first seen being used against Jyabura. Unfortunately for Sanji, it missed. This is called Premiere Hachis in the FUNimation dub, and in the Viz Manga, this is called Premier Hachisash.
Flambage Shot (画竜点睛(フランバージュ)ショット, Furanbāju Shotto, Flaming Shot): In the air (sometimes several feet from the ground), Sanji kicks the side of an opponent's head with his foot (or the middle of their torso) and Diable Jambe's heat greatly increases the power, often with explosive effect. The target is usually kicked downwards, causing them to come crashing into the ground. This was first seen being used to finish off Jyabura, but had to use the other leg to deflect half of Jyabura's Jushigan, in order to "reserve" his flaming leg for the finishing blow. This is called Franpage Shot in the FUNimation dub, and in the Viz Manga and FUNimation subs, this is called Flambé Shot.
Extra Haché (最上級挽き肉(エクストラ・アッシ), Ekusutora Asshi, Highest-Rate Mincemeat): Sanji leaps into the air and launches a fierce barrage of flaming kicks, the light from the attack and the speed at which it is delivered makes it look like one big fire blast. This was first used against Moria in an attempt to retrieve Robin's shadow.
Frit Assorti (揚げ物盛り合わせ(フリットアソルティ), Furitto Asorutei, Fried Assortment): A completely re-vamped version of the original Frit Assorti. Jumping high into the air, Sanji delivers three simultaneous kicks in three directions (left, right, and forward) while in Diable Jambe mode, resulting in flames spiraling towards the target at the point of impact, apparently powerful enough to deflect Oars' Gomu Gomu no Bazooka attack.
Mouton Shot (羊肉(ムートン)ショット, Mūton Shotto, Mutton Shot): Sanji performs a Mouton Shot in Diable Jambe mode. This was first seen being performed for a three-way team combo, the San Tou Ryuu Gomu Gomu no Diable Mouton Jet Roppyaku Pound Cannon (along with Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Jet Cannon and Zoro's 108 Pound Hou.)
Venaison Shoot (野獣肉(ヴネゾン)シュート, Vunezon Shūto, Venison Shoot): Sanji, spinning horizontally in the air, kicks the opponent repeatedly in the chest and belly, finishing the attack with a powerful axe kick on the head with the speed, heat and strength of the Diable Jambe mode. This was first seen being used to defeat Scarlet during the events of One Piece Film: Strong World.

Usopp (ウソップ Usoppu?) was born in Syrup Village. He is the sniper of the Straw Hat Pirates. When Usopp was first introduced, he was often (comically) labeled as the "Liar" of the Straw Hat Pirates. He is the fourth member of the crew, the third to join, and also the third to rejoin at the end of the Post-Enies Lobby arc. He is known with a bounty on his head by his alternate name and ego "Sogeking".
For most of the story, Usopp is a tanned, skinny teenager with black curly hair and a long nose, which is apparently an allusion to Pinocchio, a wooden boy from a story of the same name who possessed a nose that would stretch after he lied. He usually wears a dark yellow plaid bandanna, a blue and white striped armband on his left arm, special sniper goggles (he also has a pair of clear rectangular goggles that he sometimes wears in situations where he doesn't have his sniper goggles, like when he first met the Straw Hats or when his sniper goggles were stolen by Mr. 2), brown overalls with a white sash and no shirt underneath (although he wore a murky green shirt during the Skypiea Arc). He also carries with him a yellow satchel, which he stores all his tools and gadgets in. Usopp inherited his famous nose from his mother, while the rest of his face closely resembles his father's. During the Straw Hat separation, after landing in the Forest of Gluttony, Usopp grew quite fat.
After the two year timeskip, Usopp, no longer fat, has grown his hair longer. He has also gained more muscle and grown "manlier", being slightly taller and more muscular than before. Usopp now has a new pair of goggles around his neck (his sniper goggles weren't shown) and has some headphones or ear protectors on. He also now has a little goatee along with a new white suncap he wears on his head. He also has a new pair of rolled-up yellow pants with red suspenders, and a pair of boots. His trademark yellow satchel has been replaced with a red one, but he still has his blue and white striped wrist band on his left arm.

Oda claims that Usopp is most represented by the armadillo. Oda has also said that he uses the color yellow to represent Usopp, and that he smells of gunpowder.

Nami is a pirate and the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates. She is officially the third member of the crew after defeating Arlong, and the second to join. She briefly betrays the crew during the Baratie Arc and rejoins at the end of the Arlong Arc after her past and true intentions are revealed.
Nami is a young, somewhat tall girl with a slim build, and originally had short hair. She was the first main character to appear in Episode 1 before Luffy. Many people consider her to be very good looking or even beautiful. She has a blue tattoo (black in the manga) on her left shoulder which represents mikan and pinwheels (a homage to both Bellemere and Genzo, respectively), where she used to have a tattoo for being a member of Arlong's crew.
Nami wears a variety of clothes in the series but her longest lasting outfit is her white and blue striped shirt, an orange mini-skirt and orange high-heeled boots. Nami wears high heels in every arc, but the her height and posture are not usually affected by the height of her heels. Nami doesn't walk like a regular person in heels, instead she runs while wearing them. She retains her original look until the end of the Captain Kuro Arc, after which she is seen wearing a different outfit for each arc. During the Arlong arc and thereafter, Nami wore strappy, high heeled sandals and more revealing outfits (with the tattoo no longer being a secret). Nami wore a blue bikini and high heel sandals for the Skypiea arc and then she changed to black high heel gladiator sandals during the Enies Lobby arc. While on Thriller Bark, she wore a pink blouse and and brown high heel boots. She later wore a wedding dress and white high heel pumps with her dress. She seemed to have abandoned the sandals for high-heeled boots as of Chapter 435 but she started using sandals again at the end of Thriller Bark arc. She usually pairs her tops with skirts that have rings on them.

Her overall physique matured suddenly (though this is, most likely, a simple change in style of artwork). Her fashion frequently changes as does her hair style. Many of her shirts feature four-letter words, such as "MODE", "GOLD", or "EVIL", similar to a shirt that Bellemere once wore that had "MACE" on it. On her left arm she wears the Log Pose, which she needs in order to be the navigator of the ship, and a yellow bracelet, given to her by her sister, Nojiko. She was also seen wearing glasses during the Skypiea arc.

In SBS Volume 6, Oda said, according to Sanji, her measurements were 86-57-86cm = 34-22-34". The author has also replied to a fan's question saying that right now Nami's measurements are as follows:

Height: 169 cm = 5'6½"
Measurements (B-W-H): 95-55-85 cm = 37-21-33"
He specified in a later SBS that Nami's under-bust size is 65 cm, making her breasts an I-cup in Japan, or an F-cup in the US. However, her breasts seem to grow into and then "reset" throughout the arcs (this is much more obvious in the manga and in one of the movies). Oda has also said that Nami resembles a cat, that the color orange represents her, and that she smells of mikan and money.
After the two year timeskip, Nami's hair has grown rather long, reaching down to her lower back. Her breasts have also grown larger and rounder, like Robin's, but apart from this her appearance has not changed much, save for the fact that both her body curves and hour-glass figure have become more pronounced. She also appears to have gotten taller, as she appears to be just slightly shorter than Robin now. Her outfit after the timeskip consists of a revealing green and white bikini halter top, low-rider jeans (that expose some of her hips), orange high-heeled sandals, and a pair of pearl-like earrings.

Brook is the musician of the Straw Hat Pirates. He is a skeleton the Straw Hats found on board a ghost ship after drifting into the Florian Triangle. He is a Devil Fruit user who ate the Yomi Yomi no Mi and is an undead being brought back into a pseudo-immortal state because of its powers. He is the ninth member of the Straw Hat crew and the eighth to join Luffy's crew. He is also one of the two swordsmen onboard their current ship with the other being Zoro. He fills the role of the long awaited musician that Luffy wanted for his crew since his journey began.
Brook is an extremely tall skeleton dressed in formal attire complete with top hat and cane. At 8' 8.5" in height, he is the tallest member of the Straw Hat crew. Despite having no skin, he still has an afro which he says is because his hair has very deep roots. Brook's style is that of a gentleman consisting of a coat, top hat, pants, and afro which are black while the inner linings of his coat are yellow-orange. The ribbon tied in between his coat and around his neck is blue. The outer covering of Brook's cane sword which he carries is purple. Also, due to his many years of seclusion his clothes have become somewhat tattered.
After two years, however, he has changed to more colorful and high-end clothes, as though to represent a rock star. He has heart-shaped sunglasses, a yellow feather boa, a top hat with a giant crown on the brim and orange pants with a pink floral design.

Before his death, Brook was a tall, skinny man with a rather distinctive face. He had a slight goatee on his chin and some side burns. He typically wore shades. On his forehead was a scar that slightly resembles a diagonal omega sign . This scar was retained in his skeleton state as a distinctive crack across his skull. Brook's facial appearance, accompanied with his style of clothing, resembles a type of appearance that is commonly associated with various music artists such as Ozzy Osbourne, Slash, and other musical celebrities with similar features.

According to Oda Eiichiro, the colours that represent Brook are black and white, he resembles a horse and he smells of tea.

Tony Tony Chopper is the doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates. Chopper is a reindeer that consumed the Devil fruit, Hito Hito no Mi. He comes from Drum Island, which makes him the only member of the Straw Hat Pirate Crew who was born on the Grand Line. He is the sixth member of the crew and the fifth to join, as well as being the youngest member on board. He ate the Hito Hito no Mi, or the 'Human-Human Fruit' when translated.
Most of the time, Chopper is a toddler-sized human/reindeer hybrid, but his Devil Fruit abilities allow him to change his appearance depending on the situation. Chopper's left antler has a metal plate wrapped around it at all times, from being broken in a fight when he was younger. The usual clothing he wears includes a pale red/pink, fuzzy top hat with a sideways medical cross (given to him by Hiluluk) and a maroon pair of shorts. He also sometimes wears a blue backpack that has the same sideways medical cross as his hat. Chopper also has a remarkable feature that no other reindeer have, a blue nose, while normal reindeers have black ones. As Oda's style evolved, Chopper has been given a more "chibi" appearance, meaning that when in his Brain Point, Chopper has a larger head and eyes.
Chopper wears different outfits just as any other character in the crew.

In Alabasta, he wore a shirt with a green-lined collar, then a bigger one with giant sleeves that is light blue with dark blue liners.

At Enies Lobby, he wore a red leather jacket.

A running gag is that various characters in One Piece think Chopper is a tanuki (raccoon-dog, often simply translated as "raccoon") whilst in his Brain Point form. This is a play on the similar word "tonakai," the Japanese word for reindeer, from which the "Tony" in Chopper's name is derived. His heavy point form likewise is mistaken for a gorilla or an abominable snowman.

Many female characters, such as Nami and Porche, find Chopper very cute.

Oda has stated that he uses the color pink to represent Chopper, he enjoys Spring on a Winter Island, his favourite foods involve cotton candy, chocolate and other sweet food and drinks, he would be the youngest son, if he were real his nationality would be Canadian, and (Oda was answering the questions as Chopper) for his smell, "how am I supposed to know?" Apparently the flower that best suits Chopper is the Tulip.

After the two-year time skip, Chopper wears a new blue and pink cap about the same size as his old pink hat. The X has a white circle surrounding it, and a ring of dots around the circle, while the cap has buckles hanging from it. He also wears a white and yellow vertical-striped tank top and a orange pair of shorts. Chopper's Brain Point form has changed little, aside from being slightly slimmer. His Walk Point form has grown considerably, now being roughly as tall as Usopp. His horns are larger, he has more muscle, and his fur is longer. His Heavy Point has not been shown.

Nico Robin is the archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates. She was originally introduced as the Vice President of Baroque Works known as Miss All Sunday before joining up with the Straw Hats. She is the seventh member of the crew, the sixth to join, and the second to rejoin, doing so during the Enies Lobby story arc. She was also the first member to have been a former antagonist. She ate the Hana Hana no Mi. During the Post-War arc, she became involved with the Revolutionaries for two years. Her dream is to find the Rio Poneglyph which tells the True History.
Nico Robin is a tall, slender yet athletic woman with shoulder length black hair. Her eyes are blue in the anime with dark and wide pupils (brown eyes in the manga and the 10th movie), and she has a very characteristic plain nose. Robin's limbs are somewhat long, especially her legs, contributing greatly to both her fighting capabilities (given the nature of her powers) and overall height, and like most female characters in the series, she has a narrow waist. Many people consider her attractive. Robin is probably the most complex dresser next to Nami.
She has no trademark look like the others, though her all purple cowgirl look from when she was first introduced is often associated as her trademark look. She frequently wears somewhat revealing clothing that is either dark in color (often black or purple) or consisting of leather, sometimes both. She seems to be fond of revealing outfits and high heels. Both Robin and Nami wear high heels and revealing outfits, and, like Nami, the high heels don't affect Robin's height, posture, or the way, or speed at which she walks.

Robin sometimes wears a gold arm band with white strings attached to it and the letter N on it, which stands for her family name, and also had a similar one with BW on it, which stood for Baroque Works, but she no longer wears it as she is no longer affiliated with the group; she has also worn a cowgirl hat on numerous occasions. In the anime, Robin's skin tone is slightly darker unlike in manga coloured artworks where it is lighter. Robin also resembles her mother greatly, with the exception of her hair color and style as well as having slightly darker skin tone than her.

In the Alabasta arc, she wore a skimpy cowgirl outfit consisting of a purple cleavage-exposing top and matching miniskirt, both with white ornaments hanging from them, and a white fur-lined coat paired with a white cowboy hat and white high-heeled boots.

In the Skypiea arc, she still wore her trademark white cowboy hat, along with a yellow sleeveless shirt and purple pants reaching to her calves, with a simple belt around her waist, and purple high-heeled sandals. She sported her white ornament on her left arm.

In the Water 7/Enies Lobby arc, she wore a short, cleavage-revealing leather dress with long sleeves over what looked like a lighter, white polka-dotted under dress. She also wore black thigh high-heeled boots.

In the Post-Enies Lobby arc, she was seen wearing a tight-fitting, red t-shirt that has the Galley-La emblem at the front and a pair of black trousers. She also wore a pair of white high-heeled shoes. Later, she replaced the t-shirt with a tight, pinstriped purple buttoned sweater and dark high-heeled shoes.

In the Thriller Bark arc, she wore a short purple dress with lace embroidered edges, stockings reaching up to her thighs held up by suspenders, and black high-heeled boots with two lines of buttons on the front.

In the Spa Island arc, Robin was seen wearing a white bikini top with pink straps and ruffles lined at the base of her front. She also had a yellow towel draped around her waist.

In the Sabaody Archipelago arc, she wore a black (purple in the anime) outfit consisting of a cowboy hat, a cleavage-revealing sleeveless shirt, with a wide, yellow collar covered with black concentric circle motifs, matching pants reaching down to her calves, and high-heeled shoes. She also had a string of round and yellow ornaments that hung loosely from around her waist.

After the two year time-skip, Robin's hair goes past her shoulders and is pulled back, revealing more of her forehead. Her outfit after the timeskip now consists of a long pink sari-like skirt with a partially-zipped purple leather vest with a V neck line similar to Boa Hancock's, sunglasses, pink high-heels, and a pink backpack. And like Nami, her breasts have gotten larger.

The author has also replied to a fan's question to saying that right now Robin's measurements are as follows:

Height: 188 cm (6'2"), making her the third tallest member of the Straw Hat Pirates.
Her 3 measurements are (according to Sanji and series creator Oda in supplemental material) B99-W59-H89 (38"-23"-36"), making her breasts an I-cup in Japan.
According to Oda, Robin most resembles a crane, is represented by the color purple, and she smells of flowers.
Apparently the flower that best represents her is the Cassablanca.

Franky is the shipwright for the Straw Hat Pirates. He is a 36 year old cyborg from Water 7 and was introduced in the story as the leader of the Franky Family, a group of ship dismantlers. He was originally named Cutty Flam until he threw away his original name for his nickname per the request by Iceburg to hide his identity. Franky and his followers were originally introduced as antagonists of the Water 7 Arc against the Straw Hats until circumstances forced them to become allies. Per the request of the Franky Family, Franky was allowed to join the Straw Hats to fulfill his dream. He is the eighth member of the Straw Hat crew and the seventh to join Luffy's crew. He is also the second member to have been a former antagonist (the first being Nico Robin)
As a direct result of his modifications that he's conducted upon himself as well as years having spent as a ship dismantler, bounty hunter, and street thug in Water 7, Franky is a powerfully built man with a height of at least ten feet, and he is the second tallest member of the Straw Hats. His forearms are relatively enormous while his biceps are comparably small. He has brightly-colored blue hair and blue star tattoos on his forearms. His choice of clothing usually comprises of a speedo, which causes people to call him a pervert, and an open loud Hawaiian shirt that has a large golden chain necklace around his neck. During the Straw Hats separation, after blowing up Vegapunk's laboratory, the skin gets burned off Franky's face. He also has a pair of sunglasses which he usually wears when things start to get serious.
According to Eiichirō Oda, Franky most resembles a bull, he is represented by the color light blue (cyan), and he smells of cola.
After the two year time-skip, Franky is first seen to have a hair in the style of a buzz cut, and later on, he reveals that his hair is now controllable and can change different styles instantly by pushing down on his nose for more than three seconds. He also has two stitch-mark scars on his torso running down from his the back of his neck indicating that he had sewn his skin back on, making it seem more than likely that he has finally fashioned his metal 'endoskeleton' to wrap around his entire body, and not just his visible front (since the initial operation to become BF-36 was done by himself, he could not do work on his own backside). His shoulders, torso, and arms are also much bigger than before, and with studded hands that look almost robotic in appearance, but he also revealed that inside of his huge arms he still has his real normal-sized hands. He now appears to be wearing metal rigged suspenders. He has replaced his elbows with large, light blue hinges, his shoulders with a large red ball and socket joint with 'BF-37' labeled on them, and his forearms with large, light blue cubes, with his trademark star retattooed being split by an edge. These new features house upgrades he gave himself during the last two years, but their true potential and ability has yet to be fully shown.
